OC-ALA BE EXTRAORDINARY!

Welcome to the Orange County Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators. 

Greek philosopher Epictetus said “From this instant on, vow to stop disappointing yourself.  Separate yourself from the mob.  Decide to be extraordinary and do what you need to do now.” 

Each of us has the capacity to be an extraordinary leader, extraordinary communicator, extraordinary learner, extraordinary employee, extraordinary employer, and extraordinary person.  ALA offers us opportunities to cultivate the skills we need to Be Extraordinary. 

We will offer those opportunities on a Chapter level this year, focusing on topics such as change management, team development, recruiting and retention, communication, financial management, strategic and business planning, and continuous learning.
